This is the worst nightmare of a travel app ever. I can't believe how one-sided the reimbursement procedure is. The whole thing has been a nightmare caused by the negligence from the app's booking system and the actions of the customer service, yet they couldn't even accept a shred of responsibility. On top of a paltry sum of compensation, they even impose a hefty administrative charge for the refund. What a freaking joke. I hope you go bankrupt, trash...
