Tickets Round Trip to NY
I bought 3 round trip tickets to New York, USA on 8 June 2023 for a trip in July 2023. The itinerary says that this trip will transit in Japan then to Dallas and finally to New York.
During transit in Japan, I didn't know that in fact we had to move from Narita airport to Heneda airport which was about 1,5 hours by bus and this was NOT STATED in the itinerary so we had to lose our next flight when we arrived at Haneda airport. This made us HAVE T0 STAY 1 NIGHT
at Haneda airport and need to wait until the next morning to catch up another flight. This made us a big lose of time, effort and money. We also brought our 70 years old parents and she had to sleep on airport's chairs because of the fully booked hotels in Haneda airports. Another thing kept us stuck at Narita because we didn't know had to change the airports, so we didn't prepare any of Japan transit visa and need to wait for the surpass to Haneda airport. Matters regarding airport transfers and the need for Japan transit visa were NOT WRITTEN in our itinerary.
When we complained to the tiket.com via email and WA, they could not provide the best solution, even when we asked other route options, tiket.com couldn't assist us. They were only gave us the same answers every time we asked the solution.
I have bought domestic tickets on this application several times, but this would be my last purchased at this application since it was very disappointing. It seems they don't want to know the customer's difficulties because they have already received the payment.
