Disgustingly disgusting company
My mobile sim stopped working. I called them for help and they wanted me to go to grapari. I requested them that its hard since its covid19 time and the city is locked down. I am ready to email or send my id documents to nearest grapari which again is 15 kms from my house. The customer service personal keeps telling me thats the only way to get sim. That is I (being a foreigner its even more hard these times) should go to grapari in this covid 19 time like 15 kms where a lot of roads are blocked by the police. So i must meet atleast 10 to 15 police blockades, make them understand and reach that shitty place. They have no responsibility and an useless company. Heartless and their management are useless. The CS lay on phone didnt even allow me to talk to supervisor. Whats use of having helpline when they cant help. Its their stupid sim that isnt working and i cant do any bank transactiins due to that. Useless an worst company. Better to go for smartfren or Three network where they reply atleast

When i was there they said they will give me a new sim buttt they were lying on me they give me a new sim with a new type of payment we said "Pascabayar card" .. and really it upset me because they took more money after lying on me !
