Gw pake English ya, sorry for being rude but this is an honest review. Came from my deepest heart.
Telkomsel is the shittiest provider ever 🤡. I have been using this corrupt mf for 5+ years, why? Is it because I like it? No fuc...king way. I have never enjoyed this thing even once. The reason why I keep using it (until now) because of the network coverage. I live in the Eastern part of Indonesia so Telkomsel is the only network provider there. Idk if this mofo doing a monopoly but there has never been other provider came into my area.
FYI, the internet network has never exceeded 20kb/s at my area. Everytime I got 80kb/s is when I had to climb the tree next to my house and was visibly happy because I could access the social media. During the pandemic, my classes were held via zoom and other online platforms. I had a bloody hard time to join my classes. Even searching a simple google search was impossible! I emailed Telkomsel like many many many many times to ask them to please please please fix the net at my area. I understand that during that time, businesses had a hard time to survive but Telkomsel was having a peak of sales due to high internet demand. I assume that the problem was also the technicians "probably" used the money to fix the internet for something else (classic Indonesians).

Well, guess what? The price is incredibly amazing! Amazingly fuck...ing expensive for me (bro I am a long-term user). There is always an uneven spread of price for Internet packages in Telkomsel. In order to have a 30-days internet package I have to buy it for 100k and only 3GB. Wow amazing isn't. I mean the issue is still happening until now. Some people don't have a cheap price. You have to buy like 180k for 8GB data (ONLY DATA). For phone call, my God. I didn't use telephone shitfucking package and the price was 6k for 6 SECONDS! What?!
Not done yet brothers and sisters. If for example you forgot to buy an internet package or any other shitfuck they sell, your pulsa (credit) will be sucked up as good as that random girl you met at the club on friday night after a long shift. Ok no joke but they will drain your credit like craaaazy. 10 seconds of internet acces without the package will cost you like, let me calculate...A HOLE IN YOUR FUCKING WALLET, A BIG HUGE HOLE LIKE THE TELKOMSEL MANAGERS' POOPYHOLE.
In conlusion, I would highly recommend Telkomsel to my friends and relatives. Their service and support is always astonishing. Never left with an empty pocket.
I know you are the largest network provider, but hear me out bro. If you want people to be loyal and want to make a greater good for the people. Please be kind and fair. Idk if u care but by being not being a jerk, our country can achieve something better.
