Disgustingly disgusting company
My mobile sim stopped working. I called them for help and they wanted me to go to grapari. I requested them that its hard since its covid19 time and the city is locked down. I am ready to email or send my id documents to nearest grapari which again is 15 kms from my house. The customer service personal keeps telling me thats the only way to get sim. That is I (being a foreigner its even more hard these times) should go to grapari in this covid 19 time like 15 kms where a lot of roads are blocked by the police. So i must meet atleast 10 to 15 police blockades, make them understand and reach that shitty place. They have no responsibility and an useless company. Heartless and their management are useless. The CS lay on phone didnt even allow me to talk to supervisor. Whats use of having helpline when they cant help. Its their stupid sim that isnt working and i cant do any bank transactiins due to that. Useless an worst company. Better to go for smartfren or Three network where they reply atleast

KARTU PASCABAYAR PENIPU !
Udah pake telkomsel dari 2008 ! Nyampe jakarta tiba2 kartu telkomsel yg terakhir mati dan keblokir gak tau tiba2 aja, terus k grapari buat aktivasi lagi katanya cuma bisa aktivasi ganti jadi kartu prabayar ! HELOOOOO ! terus dikasih yg paket 66rb sebulan, pas udah make ternyataa plis mahal bnget sebulan 66rb internetnya cuma 2GB berasa stupid banget waktu itu mau ! Nyesal ditgah jlan, terus memutuskan utk gak lanjut 2 bulan ternyata tagihannya jalan terus padahal gue gak pake samsek ye kan dan kartu gue udah diblokir tapi tagihan jalan terus, (gila banget gak) okelah gue kmudian byar tagihan gue itu krna gue butuh pindahin2 data2 gue dino itu, tpi kartu gue gak langsung aktif katanya kudu ke grapari untuk reaktivasi dan cukup bawa KTP aja (ini info dari telkomsel pusat), oke giliran dah nyampe grapari malah dibilang GAK BISA !!! Hrus aktivin oaket baruuuu lagi dengan harga 88rb dan bayar dulu buat tagihan berjalan 66ribu !! Woi kaget banget gueeeeee !!! Gue dah byar tagihan 2 blan padahal gue gapake internetnya dan kartunya dah diblokir giliran mo aktivasi disuruh bayar lagi tagihan berjalan 66rb + kalo mo aktif harus ikut paket baru yg harga 88 rb !!!!! DASAR OPERATOR PENIPUUU dan makan uang sengaja menjebak orang denga keep data2 gue di no yang lama !! Mulai hari ini gue yg pengguna setia telkomsel sejak hari pertama gue pake hp, menyatakan GUE BENCI banget sama Telkomsel dan sistemnya yang chaos dan menjebak pelanggan dengan sistem kartu prabayar nya !!

When i was there they said they will give me a new sim buttt they were lying on me they give me a new sim with a new type of payment we said "Pascabayar card" .. and really it upset me because they took more money after lying on me !
