Terkadang driver lupa memanusiakan manusia. Sebagian driver lebih mengutamakan titik daripada konsumen. Seharusnya layanan jasa lebih mengutamakan konsumen.

Their help center is useless.
I use card for payment, they are so quick to hold my money but when the restaurant cancelled they told me they need 7 days to release my money, such a ridiculous process where I didn't get the food and my money is not returned back to my account.
Their restaurant partner cancelled without any information and some even opened in apps but when the driver arrived apparently they were closed.GRAB OJEK IN BALI
I used Grab Ojek in Bali many times, and most drivers are knowledgable, friendly, have a good attitude, and always have change if I pay with cash. I do satisfied with their hospitality.

Promo grab terkadang hanya jebakan,help center/karyawan grab kurang ramah,kurang sigap Auto hapus semua aplikasi grab!!Gojek still the best maju terus PT karya anak bangsa....
HELP CENTER YANG SAMA SEKALI GA HELPING
Berkali kali bermasalah sm driver dan lapor ke help center tapi kelamaan di answering machine. Kemudian ketika sudah dijawab, tidak memberi solusi.
Service customer yg sangat buruk, help center sangat parah tidak ada solusi, pemesanan gofood tidak ada pembertahuan seenaknya saja. Sangat kesal juga dengan respon mereka yg sangat tidak memberi solusi!!!
Bau rokok
Bagusan kalau di dalam grab car tidak diperbolehkan untuk merokok, karna sangat menganggu kenyamanan penumpang
